Tom will not be held responsible for any travel or lodging fees incurred relating to your cancellations due to serious weather or acts of god. In the rare event Tom must cancel a seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded in full. Tom will not compensate for travel-related expenses (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.) so make sure you get a refundable ticket.
